Sec. 55.05. 5tormwater lltility Fund. {a) All stormwater drainagQ utility fees collected by the City s#�al] ��a he paid into the stormwat�r �tility fund and accounted for separately therein. ' 5uch f�nd shall be used for the pt�rpose of paying the cast of storrm+ater drafnage facilitfes to b� constructed in the various storm drainage basins and pay�ng the cost af operation, monitoring, enforcement, admin�s�ration and maintenance of the stormwater drainage fac�lities of the City. To the extent that the starmwater management fees collected are insufficient ta construc�, operate ar maintain needed stormwater drainage facilities, such costs may be paid from such City funds as may be de�erm�ned by the City Commissior�, but the City Co�missfon may nrder �he re�mbursemN�t o� such funds �f additianal and sufficient fees are thereafter col7ected. {�j The fees collected sha1T nat be �ts�d for yeneral ar other governmenta� or proprietary purposes of the CiCy' except to pay far the equitable share o� the cnst of accounting, managemer�t, administratior� and government thereof.
