PASSED ON FIRST READING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF RANGE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET WEST OF BELCHER ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF. LOTS 14 AND 15, PINELLAS GROVES, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO INDUSTRIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: 4 Property ' See Exhibit A attached hereto. (LUP 90•-17) Land Use Category From: Unclassified To: Industrial Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify -Chat this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3.
