BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: section 1. Paragraph (7) of Subsection (b) of Section 136.025, Code of Ordinances, is amended to read: Sec. 136.025. Conditional use standards. (b) General standards. The following standards shall apply to all uses which are identified in this development code as conditional uses. Only a4 en-1-y those uses which' comply with all of the enumepated standards contained herein may shal-} be aaproved hep4zes. (7) The use shall be consistent with the community character of the properties surrounding- the use. The following criteria shall be utilized to determine whether the use satisfies this standard: a. Whether the use is compatible with the surrounding natural environment. - b. Whether the use will have a substantial detrimental effect on the property values of the ,pronertiesMsurrounding the conditional use. e. Whether the use will be compatible with the surrounding uses as measured b building setbacks open s ace hours of operation, buildin and site ap arance,_ architectural design and other factors which may be determined appropriate to, assess the compatibility of uses. d. Whether the traffic generated by the use is of a type for volume similar to traffic generated by the surrounding uses.
