AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING PORTIONS OF A 10-FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY

LYING WITHIN LOT 99, WILLOW RIDGE REPLAT SUBDIVISION,
PINELLAS COUNTY! FLORIDA, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, it has been requested by Elwood Jones, III, owner of certain real
"'',4l. property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the drainage
and utility easements described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easements are not necessary
for municipal use and it is deemed to beta the best interest of the City and

the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The westerly 2 feet of the existing 10-foot drainage and utility
easement, less the northerly 10 feet and the southerly 3 feet,
' together with the vacation of the northerly 2 feet of the existing

ybfy' 5-foot drainage and utility easement, less the westerly 10 feet and
the easterly 8 feet, all located within Lot 99, Willow Ridge Replat
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Pages 98 through 101, of
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims

and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
'4 Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
