AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING A 5-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ABUTTING THE SOUTH
PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 24, WINDSOR WOODS SUBDIVISION II,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Giovanni Recchia, owner of certain real
property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the utility
easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1.. The following:
The 5-foot utility easement abutting the south property line of Lot
24, Windsor Woods Subdivision II, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 80, of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida, less the west 10 feet thereof,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims
and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2, The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
