The East-West alley lying south of Block 46A and North of Block 46,
less that portion lying south of Lot 1, Block 46A; together with the
North-South alley lying East of Lots 1 through 4 and West of Lots
5 through 8, "Block 46A; all being in Mandalay Subdivision in
accordance with the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages
32 through 35 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims
and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto, except that the City
of Clearwater hereby retains a drainage and utility easement over the full width
of the described property for the installation and maintenance of drainage and
utilities improvements thereon.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
