DBDINANCE NO. 5001-90
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF DREW STREET AND MAYWOOD AVENUE,
CONSISTING OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, EASTWOOD TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM
UNCLASSIFIED TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "SIX" DISTRICT
(RS-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the property described herein was the subject of Ordinance 4703-
88, but the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 4702-88 was never
approved by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and it is
necessary to assign a zoning district classification to the property; now
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:
Property Zoning District
Lot 1, Block A, Eastwood Terrace RS-6 - Single-Family Residential "Six"
Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
45, Page 3, of the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida. (Z-90-3)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas
of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
