A' AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF BEVERLY CIRCLE NORTH AND KEENE ROAD
° SOUTH, CONSISTING OF LOT 17, BLOCK C, MEADOW CREEK
s• SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AS SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL "FOUR" DISTRICT {R$-4S; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
` Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; now, therefore,
