ORDINANCE NO. 4959-90
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AMENDING SECTION
135.134, CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO ALLOW TELEVISION AND
RADIO BROADCAST STUDIOS AS PERMITTED USES IN THE
COMMERCIAL CENTER (CC) ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 135.134, Code of Ordinances, is amended to read:
Sec. 135.134. Permitted uses.

Within Commercial Center Districts, only the following uses (and
structures designed for such uses) shall be permitted:
(1) Indoor retail sales.
(2) Restaurants.
(3) Personal services.
(4) Indoor commercial recreation/entertainment.
(5) Business/professional offices.
(6) Medical clinics/laboratories.
7 Television and radio broadcast studios provided that external
equipment or facilities not ordinarily appurtenant to office usage, including
but not limited to antennas and satellite dishes shall be prohibited within the
district.
?-(*-} Accessory uses.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
