WHEREAS, it has been requested by William C. Draeger, Jr., owner of

certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate

WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary

the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

The North 8 feet of the South 10 feet of the West 55 feet of the
South 150 feet of the West 122.36 feet of Lot 4, William Brown's
Subdivision of Bayv i ew, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 13, of the public records of
Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly
t a part,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims
and releases all of'its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
