ORDINANCE NO. 4926-90 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF CALUMET STREET AND BELCHER ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 12, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM PUBLIC/SEMI- PUBLIC (P/SP) TO LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and r-..4 r v;? t1` WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be r It reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; now, therefore, F: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: r. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is 51 hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property coning uistrict Lot 12, Clearwater Industrial Park, From: P/sP - Public/Semi-Public according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page To: IL - Limited Industrial 46, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Z 89-16) Section 2, The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 4925-90 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
