WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
1n an action for damages which is the subject mattar of the case of Gilbert J.
Johnson v. City of Clearwater, Circult CIvil No, 83-13777-17;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
