WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater hns been made the dctendant
in an action for damages which is the subject matter of the case of
Robert J. Sudol, Jr., et al v. City of Clearwater. Circuit Civil
No. 83..12358-15;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ill SESSION DULY Al'lD REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all
steps neces sary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Robert J.
Sudol, Jr., and Katherine A. Sudol, as parents, friends, and natural
guardians of their minor daughter, Kristina Marie Sudol vs. City of
Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 83-1Z358-1S.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
