A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF SUNBANK/SUNCOAST V. MICHAEL K. Al<INS, ET AL,
CIRCUIT aVIL NO. 83-8257-18.
, WHEREAS, the City of Clearwatcr has been made a party defendant
in a foreclosure action which is the 'subject matter of the case of Sunbank/
Suncoast v. Michacl K. Akins. et aI, Circuit Civil No. 83-8257-18;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED. AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all
steps necessary to dciencJ the City of Clearwater in the case of Sun Bank/
Suncoast v. Michael K. Akins. et aI, Circuit Civil No. 83-8257-18.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
