TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
. OF HARRY A. KOONTZ. ET UX. VS. HEFFRON OF
FLORIDA, INC.. ET AL. CIRCUIT. CIVIL NO.

in a foreclosure action which is the subject matter of the case of Harry A.
WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
Koontz, et we, vs. BeUron of Florida. Inc., et al, Circuit Civil No.
B3-5488-15;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all
steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Harry A.
Koontz and Frances Ann Koontz, a/k/a F. Ann Koontz, his wife. VB.
He firon of Florida. Inc., a Florida corporation and City of Clearwater.
a municipal corporation, Circuit Civil No. 83 -548B-15.
