WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property. and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to dedicate certain casements and
right-of-way for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate such
real property by formal resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
