No. 83 w 32
A RESOLUTION DEDICA TING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP Z8 SOUTH, RANGE 16
EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to dedicate certain easements to be
used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
such real property by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
dedicated as a drainage, utility and right-of-way easement far use by the
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
general public and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may
appear:
An 80.0 foot drainage, utility and right-of-way easement
described as fallows:
Begin at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Township
28 South, Range 16 East; thence S 00"01119'1 W. along the East
line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 20, 80.00 feet;
thence N 82"49'46" W, 404.16 feet to a paint of curvature of a
curve to the right; thence along the arc of said curve, radius
290.00 feet. arc 99.23 feet, chord bearing N 73"01' 37" W,
chord 98.74 feet to a point on the North line of the NE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of said Section 20; thence N 89"54158" E,
along said North line, 495.47 feet to the P. O. B.
dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for use by the general public
2. That the fallowing described property be and the same is hereby
and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
