RESOLUTION
No. tl3-31
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING'THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER TO ENTER INTO AN AOREEMENT
WITH SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY
FOR INSTALLATION OF THREE SANITARY SEWER
LINES AND ONE STORM SEWER LINE,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it nocessary to install
and maintain for the purpose of conductlng sanitary sowage and storm
drainage wa tor, three lines of 8- inch pipe and one line of IS-inch pipe
across the right-of-way and underneath the tracks of Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company, and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, arc hereby authori7.ed and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of November Z3, 198Z, for the purpose of conducting sanitary sewage
and storm drainage water, three lines of 8-inch pipe and one line of lS..inch
pipe across the right-of-way and underneath the tracks of said Railroad
Company, at or near Clearwater, Florida as is more particularly described
in said agreement.
Z. That this Resolution shall become effectl.ve immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, A. D. 1983.
