A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT IN SECTION Z. TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE I ~ EAST, PINELr.:AS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater iB the owner of the hereinafter
described property: and
WHEREAS, said property is to be used for utility casement
purposes: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said easement by formal resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
