That pursuant to Bection 95.06 the properties listed on Exhibit A attaohed to this resolution and m~de a part hereof after notice to eaoh property owner were oonsidered at a publiC hearing held December g. 1982 with the question being should eaoh lot be oleared or mowed by the City and the costs inoluding administrative oosts assessed against each property owner on the l13tj that follow- ing the hearing the City Commission pursuant to Beotion 95.09 authorize the City to olear or mow each lot. 2. That pursuant to Seotion 95.13 of the Code of Ordinances the owner of eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A has been prOVided with a notice and opportunity, thirty (30) days, within whioh to pay the oosts and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A but no payments have been reoeived. 3. Tbat eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A, having been oleared or mowed by the City, the City Commission pursuant to Seotion 95.11 of the Code of Ordinances hereby assesses a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against each parcel shown on Exhibit A for the actual oosts of mowing or Clearing shown on the Exhibit plus administrative costs. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby direoted to pre- pare a notice of lien against eaoh property listed on Exhibit A and to file the same in the Office of the Clerk of the Clrcu'it Court of Pinellas County, Florida. 5. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March , 1983 .
