A' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER W;,THE
CASE OF LOUISE H. ELLIS'V. CITY OF CLEARWATER,
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 83.884.20,
WHEREAS, the CUy of Clearwater has been made the delendant In
an action for damages because of a fall at the Clearwater Marina, which
is the subject matter ol the case of Louise H. Ellis v. City of Clearwater,
Circuit Civil No. 83.884_Z0;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all
steps necessary to delend the Gity of Clearwater in the case of Louise H.
Ellis v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 83-884:-20.
Z. That this Resolution shall become effective immeidately upon
its pas sage.
