A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF GARY S. PARKER AND RUSSELL B. ISER,
TRUSTEES, ETC. V. CITY OF CLEARWATER,
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 82-15371M 19.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made the defendant
in an action for declaratory judgment which is the subject matter of the
case of Gary S. Parker and Russell B. Iser, Trustees, etc. v. City of
Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 82-15371-19;
NOW, T9EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE. CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION D~LY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all
steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Gary S.
Parker and Russell B. Iser. Trustees of the Eugene E. Parker Trust.
and Russell B. Iser as Personal Representative of the Estate of Eugene
E. Parker, Deceased, vs. City of Clearwater, Florida. a municip.a1
corporation. Circuit Civil No. 82-15371-19.
2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
