A RESOLUTION A UTHORIZINa THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF VINCENT CERAOLO V. CITY OF CLEARWATER.
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 81-J 3828-20.
WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant
in a quiet title action which is the Ilubject matter of the calle of Vincent
Cerao1o v, City of Clearwater. Circuit Civil No, 81-13828-20;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA.
IN SESSION DULY AND nEGULARL Y ASSEMBLED. AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of
Vincent Ceraolo v. City of Clearwater. Circuit Civil No. 81-13828-20,
2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage,
