4. That a record ehall be kept of the namee of all donors to this
account and the amount of their donatlonl!l~ and if a bandehellln Coachman
Park is not under conatruction by September 30, 1983, thlm any unused proceeds
!lhall be refunded to the donorn, pro .rata, except that any donor may decUne
euch refund and authorize that its donation be uecd for eome other public
purpofle.
5. That the City' Commission may authorize, at any time. expenditures
of the funds in the Coachman Park Bandl'Jhell Escrow Account for design,
including but not limited to, the coeb necessary to a design competition,
and construction of a bandshell in Coachman Park.
6. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
