RESOLUTION
No. 81 - 87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF TI4E
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
THE POLICY TO GOVERN REQUESTS FOR WAIVER
OF FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater has
through the adoption of Resolution No. 79-42, as amended, established a
schedule of fees to govern certain review processes; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the policy that will govern
waiver of such fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF, CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That paragraph one (1) of Resolution No. 79-42, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows to add a new first
paragraph:
'T1. There is hereby set and established the following fees
and charges relating to review and processing community
impact statements, site plans, annexation requests, land
use plan and zoning atlas amendments and subdivision plats,
requests for special exceptions and variances which procedures
are required by reason of the Subdivision and Zoning
Ordinance presently in force in the City of Clearwater:
No waiver of the fees established herein shall be ranted
except_where-the review involves an application or submittal
b another governmental entity. 11
2. That the remainder of the fees and schedule of fees set forth
in Resolution No. 79-42, as amended by Resolution No. 79-53; 79-57 and
79-86 be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective iinmediately upon
its adoption.
