SERVE PROPERTIES ON SOUTH SIDE Or. FAIRMONT
STREET FROM ROLLEN ROAD WEST TO BETTY LANE,
IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, after public hearing on April 2, 1981, the City Commission
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined that certain work and improve-
+ mente hereinafter described should be done and made; and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been made as

Construction of Sanitary Sewers to serve properties on
South side of Fairmont Street from Rollen Road West
to Betty Lane.
The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed to
derive special benefits therefrom; and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 117. 04 and other pertinent
provisions of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, after said improve-
ments shall have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost
thereof against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from
said improvements so made; and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate facing and abutting and
in the vicinity of said improvements have been benefited thereby and the pro
rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the above described improvements in the area of Fairmont
Street, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, be and the same are hereby s

accepted and approved as having been completed.

3. That if aseesements herein made are not paid within thirty (30)
days from the date hereof, the City Commission may at any time thereafter
issue certificates of indebtedness payable and enforceable'in the manner
prescribed by Section, 117.05 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater.
Such certificates of indebtedness, if issued pursuant to Section 117. 05, shall
bear interest as authorized by said Section..
4. A copy of this Resolution and assessment schedule shall be
provided to each of the named property owners by certified mail,
5. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
