WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2107 provides an assessment procedure
method where the City installs public improvements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to that Ordinance, specifically Section 19-46,

80-13Z determining to proceed with the installation of concrete sidewalk

` WHEREAS, thirty days have passed since the date of such
§"{4 assessment and not all of such assessments have been aid within such
time period; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-48 enacted by Ordinance No.
2107, the City Commission may issue certificates of indebtedness for those
assessments that remain unpaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That pursuant to Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107, the City
Commission hereby authorizes certificates of indebtedness to be issued.
for those properties listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in each case
where the assessment is shown to be unpaid,

2. That such certificates of Indebtedness shall beau that interest
authorized by Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107.
3. That the City Clark is directed to file such certificates of
indebtedness in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas

4. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
