A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO, 81-29
IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING A RESOLUTION TO
DEDICATE A CERTAIN WATER LINE EASEMENT IN

THE NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP
s 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
y?? enacted Resolution No. 81-29 on April 2, 1981, dedicating a certain water
line easement in the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29 South,

Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; and
.;;•; WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 81-29 was recorded in 0. R. Book
5175, page 1791, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the description In said
Resolution contained an error and therefore Resolution No. 81-29 should
be repealed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a water line
easement, although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 81-Z9, passed on April 2, 1981, and
recorded in O. R. Book 5175, page 1791, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Z. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a water line easement for use by the general public and the
City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:

side of the following described line:
Start at the SE corner of Lot 1, Jeffords & Smoyer
First Addition to Clearwater, as recorded in Plat Book
4, page 10 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and run N 01.25130" W, 318.47 feet for the
P.O. B. ; thence run S 89112;30" W, 222. 14 feet; thence
run S 44.12"30" W, 35.00 feet; thence run S 00'47130" E,
171.0 feet to the P. O. E., being in the NW 1 /4 of NE 1/4 of
Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
4. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
