A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS
FOR PROPERTIES ASSESSED PURSUANT TO THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS TO SERVE
PROPERTIES NOT ALREADY SERVED ON SOUTH SIDE
OF COURT STREET, FROM GREENWOOD AVENUE EAST
600 FEET.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No; 2107 provides an assessment procedure
method where the City installs public improvements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to that Ordinance, specifically Section 19-47,
the City Commission of the City of Clearwater adopted Resolution No.
80-123 determining to proceed with the improvement of Court Street, from
Greenwood Avenue East 600 feet; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2107, the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 81-34 assessing the properties benefited by such
improvement as demonstrated by the exhibit attached to Resolution No.
81-34; and
WHEREAS, thirty days have passed since the date of such
assessment and not all of such assessments have been paid within such
time period; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-48 enacted by Ordinance No.
2107, the City Commission may issue certificates of indebtedness for those
assessments that remain unpaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That pursuant to Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107, the
City Commission hereby authorizes certificates of indebtedness to be issued
for those properties listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in each case
where the assessment is shown to be unpaid.

2 . 'That ouch certificates of indebtednesa shall bear that interest
authorized by Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107.
3. That the City Clerk is directed to file such certificates of
indebtedness In the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida.
4. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon

its adoption.
