A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, CERTIFYING
THAT A SERIES OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS, ANNEXATION, LAND
USE PLAN AMENDMENTS AND ZONING CHANGES
CONFORM TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER LOCAL
GOVERNMENT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ITS
ELEMENTS AND WITH ADOPTED PLAN ELEMENTS
OF THE COUNTYWIDE PLAN,
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council has requested
that we provide certification that the ordinances set out below conform
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan elements and with adopted
'.. elements of the Countywide plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department of the City of Clearwater
has checked the ordinances listed below and finds that they do conform

with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan and elements and with the
adopted elements of the Countywide plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
certifies that the ordinances listed below do conform with the City of Clearwater
Comprehensive Plan elements and with the adopted elements of the
Countywide plan :
