PINELLAS COUNTY AND CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 81-6067-14. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant in an action for inverse condemnation which is the subject matter of the case of Clifford Earle, et ux v. Pinellas County and Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 81-6067-14; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Clifford Earle and Bonnie F. Earle, his wife, vs. Pinellas County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and Clearwater, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Circuit Civil No. 81-6067-14. 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, A. D. 1981.
