THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS
FOR PROPERTIES ASSESSED PURSUANT TO THE
PAVING, CURBS AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2107 provides an assessment procedure

AS, pursuant to that Ordinance, specifically Section 19-47,
the City Commission of the City of Clearwater adopted Resolution No.
80-52 determining to proceed with the improvement of Jasmine Way from

14 LG Crest Avenue West and Crest Avenue from Jasmine Way to Druid Road; and

a WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2107, the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 81-30 assessing the properties benefited by such
improvement as demonstrated by the exhibit attached to Resolution No.
X, 81-30; and
,?..?,. WHEREAS, thirty days have passed since the date of such

s assessment and not all of such assessments have been paid within such
r?x time period; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-48 enacted by Ordinance No.
2107, the City Commission may issue certificates of indebtedness for these
f ,'E assessments that remain unpaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
0109 COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That pursuant to Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107, the
City Commission hereby authorizes certificates of indebtedness to be issued
for those properties listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in each case
where the assessment is shown, to be unpaid.

authorized by Section 19-48 of Ordinance No. 2107.
3. That the City Clerk is directed to file such certificate's of
indebtedness in the Office of the Clerk of the'Circuit Court of Pinellas

its adoption.,
