A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ASSESSING PROPERTIES BENEFITING FROM THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS TO SERVE PROPERTIES

WHEREAS after public hearing on November 20, 1980, the City
Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined that certain work
and improvements hereinafter described should be done and made; and
WHEREAS pursuant thereto said Improvements have been made
as follows:
Construction of sanitary sewers to serve properties

from Greenwood Avenue East 600 feet.
The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed to

y rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
' IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the above described improvements in the area of Court Street,
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, be and the same are hereby accepted
and approved as having been completed.
2. That the following described properties facing and abutting and
in the vicinity of the aforesaid improvements are hereby deemed to have
been benefited by said improvements in the following proportions of the cost
thereof, and the same are hereby assessed in accordance with the following

3. That if assessments herein made are not paid within thirty (30)
days from the date hereof, the City Commission may at any time thereafter
issue certificates of indebtedness payable and enforceable in the manner
prescribed by Section 19-48 of the Ordinance No. 2107, Such certificate
of indebtedness, if issued pursuant to Section 19-48, shall bear interest
as authorized by said Section.
4. A copy of this Resolution and assessment schedule shall be
provided to each of the named property owners by certified mail.
5. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
