RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE
15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as right-of-way
although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
right-of-way by formal resolution;

Al 05 IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS

444- 1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as right-of-way for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater gene:rally as their interests may appear:
60 foot of right-of-way for Betty Lane, 30 feet either
side of the following described line: Commence at the
w SE corner of Section 3, Township 29 South, Range 15
M East; thence run N 00°08118" W along the Easterly line
O of said Section 3, a distance of 858, 00 feet; thence run
N 89.36107" W, a distance of 1332. 75 feet to the P. O. B.,
also being the centerline of Betty Lane and Sandy Lane;
U C4 thence run N 00°07'27" W, 1805.23 feet, to a point on the
0 centerline of Sunset Point Road, said point being the point

2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
