WHEREAS, the 1962 Code of Ordinances has been recodified; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2261 the Code of Ordinances
as recodified was adopted; and

FOLLOWS:

authorizes the City Clerk of the City of Clearwater to charge third parties
obtaining the new Building and Zoning Regulations Pamphlet $ 10. 00
for each Pamphlet.
2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon
