ti A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
THE FEE TO BE CHARGED FOR THE CLEAR WATER
CODE OF ORDINANCES BOTH WITH BINDER AND
WITHOUT BINDER.
;a WHEREAS, the 1962 Code of Ordinances has been recodified; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2261 the Code of Ordinances
as recodified was adopted; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has now received the recodified Code
of Ordinances both with a binder and without a binder; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the fee that the City Clerk
will charge in distributing the Code to third party purchasers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
authorizes the City Clerk of the City of Clearwater to make the fallowing
charges to third parties obtaining the Clearwater Code of Ordinances as
recodified:
(a) Code of Ordinances With Binder $60.00
(b) Code of Ordinances 50.00
2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, A. D. 1981.
