A RESOLUTIQN AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF JOHN H. PIMENIDIS, ET UX, VS. CITY
OF CLEARWATER, ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO.
81-1053-7.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant.
in an action for damages which Is the subject matter of the case of John H.
Pimenidis, et ux, vs. City of Clearwater, et al, Circuit Civil No.
81-1053-7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of John H. Pimenidis
and Tina Pimenidis vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, a Florida municipal
corporation, and Ray Duncan, d/b/a Ray Duncan Plumbing, Circuit Civil
No. 81-1053-7.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, A. D. 1981.
