N iT RESOLUTION No. SL -7 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEFEND THE CITY OF' CLEARWATER IN THE CASE OF ROBERT E. CAMPBELL AND EUGENE B. THOMAS, SR. V. CITY OF CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 80-14207-7. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant in an action for an injunction to restrain the City from enforcing certain municipal ordinances, which is the subject matter of the case of Robert E. Campbell and Eugene B. Thomas, Sr. v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 8014207-7; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Robert E. Campbell and Eugene B. Thomas, Sr. v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 80-14207-7. 2. That this Resolution shall be effective immediately , upon its passage. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, A.
