No. 80 - 49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA, REPEALING
RESOL.UTION NO. 79-109 WHICH DECLARED A
CERTAIN 20 ACRE TR.ACT OF LAND OWNED BY THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER AS SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, on December 6, 1979, the City Commission of the City
of Cleuwatcr, through the adoption of Resolution No. 79-109. declared a
20 acre tract of land surplus property; and
WHEREAS, there is no present intent to offer such property for
sale; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to repeal its determination
l;hat the property is llurplull;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 79-109, which declared a certain 20 acre
tract of land located West of McMullen-Booth Road and North of State 'Road
580 to be surplus property and authorized its sale, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
z. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
