WHEREAS, it bas been determi..D.ed by the City Commission of the
City of Clearwater, Florida.,' through the pa.ssage of Ordin~ce No. 1894 tha.t
for the purpose of promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the
citizens and residents of the City of Clearwater, lots, parcels.or t=a.cts of
1.a.nd within the corporate 1iJ:::cits of the City of Clearwater, Pinella.s County,
Florida, such as described below should be cleared of weeds, rubbish"
debris and other noxious material; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to Section 233.7 of th.e Code of
Ordi.n.ancel5 was pro~ded to the owner of each of the lots listed below that
such lot ~s in violation of Chapter 23B - the Lot Clea:-ing Code; and
