A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF WILLIAM W. FULLER V, CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER. ETAL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 80-941-7.
"WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater haa been made a party d~fendant
in an action for damagcs which is the subject matter of the CaBC of William
VI, Fuller v. City of Clcarwater, et aI, Circuit Civil No, 80-941-7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
F'OLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of William W, Fuller
v, City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, and American Druggists
Insurance Company, a foreign corpo~ation authorized to do business in l:h;e
State of Florida, Circuit Civil No, 80-941-7.
