CASE OF H. BRADLEY MOORE, ET AL V. JAPANESE

NO. 77-1836-16.

WHEREAS, the City ';If Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in the case of H. Bradley Moore, et al v. Japanese Garden Mobile
Estates, Inc., Circuit Civil No. 77-1836-16. by an Order dated November
Z8, 1979, issued by Judge Charles M. Phillips. Jr.;
NOW, THEREl1'ORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER~ FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any :1nd all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of H. Bradley
Moore, et al v. Japanese Garden Mobile Eotates. Inc.. Circuit Civil
No. 77-1836-16.
