A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY.
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA V. CITY OF
BELLEAlR BEACH, ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO.
79-13049-16.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater' has been made a party defendant
in the case of Pinellas County. Florida v. City of Belleair Beach, et aI,
Circuit Civil No. 79-13049-16~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Pinellas County,
,Florida v. City of Belleair Beach, et aI, Circuit Civil No. 79-13049-16.
