A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CLEARWATER
V. BILI~ R. HEATON. ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO.
79-11.810-7.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in a forclosure action which is the subject matter of the case of First
National Bank of Clearwater v. Bill R. Heaton, et aI, Circuit Civil No.
79-12810-7;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necossary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of First National
Bank of Clearwater v. BUl R. Heaton and Beverly D. Heaton, his wife,
William Guiney and Marian Guiney, his wife, City of Clearwater, McGee
Plumbing, and Virgir~a Heaton, Circuit Civil No. 79-12810-7.
