A RESOLUTION DEDICATING BELMONT PARK IN
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, FOR USE
BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
des cribed property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as public park, although
the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
public park by formal resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as public park for use by the general public and the City of

Clearwater generally as their interests may appear and shall be known
as Belmont Park:
Lots 52 through 56 and Lots 81 through 85, Carolina Terrace
Annex Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 30 of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
