RESOLUTION
No. 79 -97
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY
FOR. INSTALLA TION OF A SEWER MAIN.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has fOWld it necessary to install
and maintain for the purpose of a sewer main, a line of IZ-inch PVC pipe
at Franklin Street, Clearwater, Florida, at a point 4, Z76 feet southwardly
from Milepost SY-874; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has i :epared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officials of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a resolution be adopted by the
City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officials
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a. certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of September 17, 1979, in connection with the installation and maintenance
of a sewer main, a line of PVC pipe at Franklin Street, Clearwater, Florida,
at a point 4, Z76 feet Southwardly from Milepost SY -874.
