RESOLUTION NO. 99-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
REGARDING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN RIGHTS TO THE
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE OAK BLUFFS PARCEL;
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City of Clearwater unconditionally, irrevocably, and
knowingly and intentionally relinquishes, waives, releases, transfers, conveys, and
gives up any and all rights it may have arising from the Series C Secondary Loan
Agreement referenced in the Final Judgment recorded in Official Records Book 7591,
Page 2010, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, with respect to that
certain property known as the Oak Bluffs Parcel, the legal description for which real
property is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof by reference.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the
Release of Rights regarding the above-referenced property.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

property organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, being a party to
that certaIn Series C Secondary loan Agreement (the -loan Agreement-) dated as of
April 1, 1989, which Agreement Is referenced In that certain Final Judgment, recorded
