A RESpLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, REGARDING THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
ENTERPRISE ZONE; AMENDING RESOLUTION 98-28 TO
MODIFY THE MAP DESCRIBING THE ENTERPRISE
ZONE AREA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,

WHEREAS, on August 20, 1998, the City of Clearwater adopted Resolution 98-
28 designating the Enterprise Zone; and
WHEREAS, the map attached to Resolution 98-28 which describes the
Enterprise Zone area must be modified because of the demographic requirements of
. 290.0058(2); now, therefore, '
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution 98-28 adopted on August 20, 1998 designating the City:
of. Clearwater Enterprise Zone is hereby modified as described in the legal description
and map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
