RESOLUTION NO. 98-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA. CERTIFYING THAT THE MORTON PLANT
MEASE HEALTH . CARE FOUNDATION, INCo'S FAMILY
HEALTH CENTER PROJECT WHICH WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED IN THE NORTH GREENWOOD AREA OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IS CONSISTENT WITH
LOCAL PLANS AND REGULATIONS; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation, Inc. (the
"Foundation"), is constructing a Family Health Center in the North Greenwood area of
the City of Clearwater and is applying for Community Contribution Tax Credit pursuant
to Florida Statute 220.183; and
WHEREAS, said Family Health Center is located within the City of Clearwater
Enterprise Zone established by Resolution 98-28 adopted on August 20, 1998; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation has requested the City to certify that the project is
, consistent with its local plans and regulations and the City Commission finds it desirable

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby certifies that
the Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation, Inco's Family Health Center project is
within the City of Clearwater Enterprise Zone and is consistent with the City's, local
plans and regulations.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
