A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PARKING SYSTEM OPERATING
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1979/80.
WHEREAS, Section 4.07 of Ordinance No. 821 requires the City
Commission to adopt by resolution a detailed budget of the estimated
expenditures for operation and maintenance of the Parking System; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended an annual detailed
operating budget to the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopts the City Manager's recommend-
ed Parking System budget for fiscal year 1979/80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY
AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Manager's recommended budget for the Parking
System for fiscal year 1979/80 as set forth in detail below is the adopted
budget for the Parking System for fiscal year 1979/80.
